
Abbey recently completed a Diploma in Hospitality Management, gaining a strong understanding of business compliance and customer service principles. She brings four years of front desk reception experience, along with well-developed administration, customer service, and time management skills.
Abbey is the first point of contact for clients, assisting with enquiries over the phone and in person. She also manages a range of administrative responsibilities that help maintain efficient operations and deliver a seamless client experience.
Abbey began her career in administration after developing an interest in office-based roles and the importance of reception as the first point of contact for clients. She values the collaborative and professional environment at Power Tynan, where teamwork and knowledge-sharing contribute to excellent client outcomes.
Outside of work, Abbey enjoys reading, completing puzzles, caring for her succulents, going to the gym, and watching Formula 1. She also loves travelling and plans to explore more of Australia and the world, with New Zealand next on her list.
